MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR ACT (EXCERPT) Act 300 of 1974 257.1335 False statement, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with cease and desist order. Sec.

35.A resident agent, director, officer, or partner of a motor vehicle repair facility who knowingly authorizes, directs or makes a false statement or misrepresentation concerning the method or price of repair of a motor vehicle, or who knowingly fails to comply with the terms of a final cease and desist order is subject to penalties under this act. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.
