VEHICLE PROTECTION PRODUCT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 263 of 2005 257.1259 Rules; promulgation. Sec.

19.The department may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, necessary to implement and administer this act. The rules may include disclosure requirements for the benefit of warranty holders, record-keeping requirements, and procedures for public complaints.
