MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CLAIMS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 198 of 1965 257.1127 Administration of act; costs, payment; appropriation. Sec.

27.All costs incurred by the secretary in the administration of this act shall be charged to and paid from the fund. There is appropriated from the motor vehicle accident claims fund sufficient amounts to make all payments for claims or judgments for damages which are proper and in accordance with the law governing such payments upon approval and audit of the department of state.
