MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR ACT (EXCERPT) Act 300 of 1974 257.1308 Administration of act; nonaffiliation with facility. Sec.

8.The secretary of state or his designee shall administer this act. A person designated by the secretary of state to act in his place shall not be affiliated with a motor vehicle repair facility.
