PRESTON SCHMIDT OVERPASS (EXCERPT) Act 25 of 2000 250.472 Erection of markers. Sec.
2.The state transportation department shall only provide for the erection of suitable markers at the approach to the overpass indicating the name of the overpass when sufficient private contributions are received to pay the cost of erecting those markers.
