VACATION OR ALTERATION OF STATE HIGHWAY (EXCERPT) Act 274 of 1929 250.231 Alteration or vacation of state highway; prohibition. Sec.
1.No county, township, city or village shall vacate or alter the route of or possess the power to vacate or alter any state highway which has been duly designated as such.
