MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.2089 "PFC Kenneth Coates Memorial Interchange." Sec. 1089. The highway interchange at highway I-75 and Cook Road shall be known as the "PFC Kenneth Coates Memorial Interchange".
