MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.2086 "Samuel R. Costello Memorial Highway." Sec. 1086. The portion of highway US-41 in Menominee County beginning at the northern city limits of the city of Menominee and continuing north to the village of Daggett shall be known as the "Samuel R. Costello Memorial Highway".
