MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.2080 “Underground Railroad Memorial Highway.” Sec. 1080. The portion of highway I-94 beginning at exit 98 in Calhoun county and continuing east to exit 110 in Calhoun county shall be known as the "Underground Railroad Memorial Highway".
