MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.2072 "Medal of Honor Recipients Highway"; separate sign. Sec. 1072.
(1)Highway US-31 beginning at the intersection of highway US-31 and highway I-196 in Allegan county and continuing north to the intersection of highway US-31 and highway M-45 in Ottawa county shall be known as the "Medal of Honor Recipients Highway".
(2)The state transportation department shall work with local veterans organizations to develop a separate sign bearing the names of Lieutenant Colonel Matt Urban, Corporal John Essebagger, Jr., Sergeant Gordon Yntema, and Sergeant Paul Ronald Lambers that may be posted at or near the memorial signage described in subsection (1).
