MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.2064a "Earl DeMarse Memorial Highway." Sec. 1064a. The portion of highway US-41 beginning at the intersection of US-41 and highway M-28 in the city of Harvey and extending north to the intersection of US-41 and Genesee street in the city of Marquette shall be known as the "Earl DeMarse Memorial Highway".
