ADDITIONAL TRUNK LINE MILEAGE (EXCERPT) Act 12 of 1925 250.113 Vesting of title to portion of state trunk line highway; population; approval for abandonment; county with jurisdiction. Sec.
3.The title to a portion of a state trunk line highway that is located in a county with a population of more than 9,000 but less than 9,700 and that was approved for abandonment by a county road commission on January 15, 1968 and approved for abandonment by the state administrative board on May 7, 1968 vests in the county that has jurisdiction over that portion as of the date of abandonment.
