MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1098 "Rosa Parks Memorial Highway." Sec.
98.Highway I-96 in Wayne county from the intersection of I-96 and I-75 and continuing west to the intersection of I-96 and US-24 shall be known as the "Rosa Parks Memorial Highway".
