MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1055 “Sydney Ouwinga Memorial Bypass.” Sec.
55.The part of the bypass of highway US-131 that is located between M-115 and Boon road in Wexford county shall be known as the "Sydney Ouwinga Memorial Bypass".
