MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1049 “St. Joseph Valley Parkway.” Sec.
49.The portion of highway US-31 beginning at the Michigan-Indiana state line and extending north to the intersection with I-94 in Berrien county shall be known as the "St. Joseph Valley Parkway".
