MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1034 “DeWayne T. Williams Memorial Highway.” Sec.
34.The portion of highway I-69 beginning at the eastern city limit of the city of Lapeer and extending east to the western city limit of the city of Port Huron shall be known as the "DeWayne T. Williams Memorial Highway".
