MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1023a "Mitchel A. Kiefer Foundation for Distracted Driver Awareness Highway." Sec. 23a. The portion of highway I-96 beginning at mile marker 122 and extending west to mile marker 118 shall be known as the "Mitchel A. Kiefer Foundation for Distracted Driver Awareness Highway".
