MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1019a "Chief Ed Switalski Memorial Highway." Sec. 19a. The portion of highway I-94 in Kalamazoo County between exit 80 and mile marker 86 shall be known as the "Chief Ed Switalski Memorial Highway".
