MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1018a "Corrections Officers Jack Budd and Josephine McCallum Memorial Highway." Sec. 18a. The portion of highway I-94 in Jackson County between exit 139 and exit 141 shall be known as the "Corrections Officers Jack Budd and Josephine McCallum Memorial Highway".
