MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1016b "Trooper Robert J. Mihalik Memorial Highway." Sec. 16b. The portion of the Red Arrow Highway in Berrien County beginning at the intersection with Glenlord Road and extending north to the intersection with Hilltop Road shall be known as the "Trooper Robert J. Mihalik Memorial Highway".
