MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1016a "Marine Lance Corporal Ryan Burgess Memorial Highway." Sec. 16a. The portion of highway US-10 located in Midland County beginning at the intersection with North Stark Road and extending west to North West River Road shall be known as the "Marine Lance Corporal Ryan Burgess Memorial Highway".
