MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1015a "Specialist 5 Michael May and Corporal Chris Esckelson Memorial Highway." Sec. 15a. The portion of highway M-15 in the city of Vassar shall be known as the "Specialist 5 Michael May and Corporal Chris Esckelson Memorial Highway".
