MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1012a "Officer Martin 'Marty' Chivas Memorial Highway." Sec. 12a. The portion of highway I-75 located in the city of Troy at the Rochester Road exit shall be known as the "Officer Martin 'Marty' Chivas Memorial Highway".
