MICHIGAN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 142 of 2001 250.1008a "John Wayne "Dusty" Marcum Memorial Highway." Sec. 8a. The portion of highway I-75 in Genesee County shall be known as the "John Wayne "Dusty" Marcum Memorial Highway".
