TRANSPORTATION ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (EXCERPT) Act 231 of 1987 247.906 Applications for projects; solicitation; form. Sec. 6.
(1)The administrator may solicit project applications for the projects that may be funded under section 11(3)(a) each calendar quarter.
(2)The requirements of the application form shall be prepared by the administrator in accordance with the adopted policies of the commission.
