STATE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 286 of 1964 247.816 Effective date of certain sections. Sec.

16.Sections 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15 of this act shall take effect on July 1, 1965, or when the present state highway commissioner no longer holds his office, whichever occurs first.
