STATE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 286 of 1964 247.812 State highway commission; conflict of interest. Sec.
12.Neither a member of the commission, the director, nor any officer of the department shall be interested directly or indirectly in any contract with the state or any political subdivision thereof which shall cause a substantial conflict of interest.
