STATE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 286 of 1964 247.802 Office of state highway commissioner abolished; transfer of power and duties; references. Sec.
2.The office of state highway commissioner is abolished and the powers and duties of that office are transferred to and vested in the commission. Any law referring to the state highway commissioner or office of state highway commissioner shall be considered to refer to the department.
