NOXIOUS WEEDS (EXCERPT) Act 359 of 1941 247.68 Department of agriculture; duty to enforce law; cooperation with commissioners. Sec.
8.The department of agriculture is authorized and it shall be its duty to assist in the enforcement of this law. The department shall cooperate with the various commissioners of noxious weeds in carrying out the provisions of this act and shall advise them from time to time of the most effective methods of treating and eradicating noxious weeds.
