STATE TRUNK LINE HIGHWAY SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1951 247.668k List of projects for which notes or bonds to be issued. Sec. 18k. If the state transportation commission, by resolution, after January 1, 1983, authorizes the issuance of notes or bonds, the state transportation commission shall provide the appropriations committees of the senate and the house of representatives with a list of the projects for which the notes or bonds are to be issued. The list shall be provided at least 30 days before the notes or bonds are issued.
