STATE TRUNK LINE HIGHWAY SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1951 247.660g Rules. Sec. 10g. The state transportation department shall promulgate rules for the implementation and administration of the comprehensive transportation fund pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended.
