STATE TRUNK LINE HIGHWAY SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1951 247.660d Comprehensive transportation fund; distribution. Sec. 10d. The comprehensive transportation fund shall be distributed to eligible authorities for public transportation purposes, distributed to eligible governmental agencies which are not within the jurisdiction of an eligible authority for public transportation purposes, distributed to a regional transit authority, for public transportation purposes, and expended by the department for public transportation purposes. A distribution to an eligible governmental agency located within the jurisdiction of an eligible authority for public transportation purposes may be made directly if the eligible governmental agency was providing public transportation service on January 3, 1973.
