STATE TRUNK LINE HIGHWAY SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1951 247.657 Tentative system of streets; included or deleted. Sec.
7.Streets may, from time to time, be included in or deleted from the major street system of any municipality by selection by the governing body thereof and approval of the state highway commissioner in the same manner and by the same procedure as provided in section 6 hereof for the adoption of any major street system in the first instance.
