STATE TRUNK LINE HIGHWAY SYSTEM (EXCERPT) Act 51 of 1951 247.654 Tentative system of county primary roads; roads under jurisdiction of county road commissioners; certification and review. Sec.
4.All roads under the jurisdiction of the board of county road commissioners in each of the several counties of the state not included in the county primary system as finally approved shall be certified to and reviewed and approved or deleted by the state highway commissioner in the same manner as provided in section 2 hereof for the county primary road system and when finally approved by the state highway commissioner shall constitute and be the county local road system of that county, which may thereafter be added to or deleted from in the same manner as provided in section 3 of this act for the c
