SNOW REMOVAL FROM PRIVATE WAYS (EXCERPT) Act 387 of 1965 247.363 Snow removal; advance payment, disposition of funds. Sec.

3.Upon entering into the contract, the board of county road commissioners shall demand and receive sufficient payment from the property owners to fully pay for the services to be rendered for at least 30 days in advance. All payments shall be turned over to the county treasurer, who shall credit them to the county road fund.
