SNOW REMOVAL FROM PRIVATE WAYS (EXCERPT) Act 387 of 1965 247.362 Snow removal; service charges, determination; reimbursement of county. Sec.
2.Before entering into the contracts, the board of county road commissioners shall determine the charges to be made for snow removal service, which charges shall be sufficient to completely reimburse the county road commission for all expenses of whatsoever nature incurred in the performance of snow removal.
