BUS PASSENGER SHELTERS (EXCERPT) Act 96 of 1959 247.333 Bus passenger shelters; county and state highways, consent. Sec.
3.If it is proposed to construct a bus passenger shelter on that portion of a county road lying within the corporate limits of any municipality, the consent of the board of county road commissioners both as to location and duration shall also be obtained before the construction is commenced. If it is proposed to construct a bus passenger shelter upon that portion of a state trunkline highway lying within the corporate limits of any municipality, the consent of the state highway commissioner both as to location and duration shall be obtained before the construction is commenced.
