BUS PASSENGER SHELTERS (EXCERPT) Act 96 of 1959 247.332 Bus passenger shelters; construction on highways, municipal consent. Sec.

2.Persons, firms, corporations and municipalities may enter upon, construct and maintain bus passenger shelters with all necessary erections and fixtures therefor upon that portion of any highway lying within the corporate limits of municipalities. Every person, firm, corporation and municipality before any of the work of construction and erection is commenced shall obtain the consent of the duly constituted authorities of the municipality.
