DRIVEWAYS, BANNERS, AND PARADES (EXCERPT) Act 200 of 1969 247.328 Construction of act. Sec.

8.Nothing in this act shall limit the right of the highway authority in the exercise of its authority to acquire property for highway purposes or to widen, relocate, reconstruct, improve or maintain any highways.
