STATE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 286 of 1964 247.801 Definitions. Sec. 1. As used in this act:

(1)"Commission" means the state transportation commission.

(2)"Director" means the director of transportation.

(3)"Department" means the department of transportation.
