THE UNIFORM CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1980 213.69 Agreement on compensation or method of determining compensation. Sec.

19.At any stage of the proceedings, the agency and the owner may agree upon all or part of the compensation, or upon a method for determining all or a part of the compensation, and may proceed to have those parts not agreed upon determined as provided in this act. The agency may make payment of a part of the compensation agreed upon, or enter into a contract to pay in the future based upon an agreed method of determining the compensation.
