THE UNIFORM CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1980 213.60 Order fixing date for hearing. Sec.

10.Upon filing the complaint, the court shall enter an order fixing a day for a hearing which shall not be less than 21 days after the complaint is served. The order shall recite or have annexed to the order the names of the persons mentioned in the complaint as owners, reasonably describe the property to be taken, state the purpose of the complaint, and order the persons to appear before the court at the time fixed in the order for the hearing on the complaint.
