ACQUIRING PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES (EXCERPT) Act 352 of 1925 213.192 Prima facie evidence; certificate, report, or determination. Sec.

22.Any certificate, report or determination authorized or required by this chapter, or the record thereof, or a certified copy of any such certificate, report, determination or record, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts recited therein and of the title to the property therein described or referred to in the county or state, as the case may be, and of the right of the board or commissioner to take the same for highway purposes.
