ACQUIRING PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES (EXCERPT) Act 352 of 1925 213.187 Commissioners; not necessary to include all parcels of property in same petition. Sec.
17.It shall not be necessary for the board or commissioner to include in one determination the descriptions of all of the property necessary to be taken for any single project, or to include in one petition, the descriptions of all of the property described in the determination upon which such petition is based.
