ACQUIRING PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES (EXCERPT) Act 352 of 1925 213.173 Payment of purchase price for property. Sec.

3.Property for highway purposes shall be paid for by the board or commissioner out of any funds under their control, available for that purpose. Any payment or tender of money under this act may be made in the form of a warrant drawn on the county or state treasury as the case may be.
