THE UNIFORM CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 87 of 1980 213.63a Duplicative payment prohibited. Sec. 13a. A person is not entitled to a payment in connection with the acquisition of all or part of that person's property under this act if that payment would be duplicative of any grant or other payment received under any state or federal statute or regulation.
