SALE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE (EXCERPT) Act 188 of 1952 211.651 Authorizing sale of certain property located in slum area acquired and held by municipalities; certain limitations, removal. Sec.

1.Any municipality having acquired any property or properties for public use under the provisions of sections 7 and 8 of Act No. 155 of the Public Acts of 1937, as amended, being sections 211.357 and 211.358, respectively, of the Compiled Laws of 1948, which said property or properties are located in a slum or blighted area, planned for clearance and redevelopment, in accordance with the redevelopment plan adopted by the legislative body of the municipality, may sell such property or properties singly, in groups or together with other properties in the area in such a manner and under suc
