EXEMPTION OF MUNICIPAL BONDS (EXCERPT) Act 88 of 1909 211.571 Bonds exempted from taxation. Sec.

1.All bonds hereafter issued by any county, township, city, village, school district or community college district within the state pursuant to statute are exempted from all taxation.
