WITHHOLDING LANDS FROM SALE (EXCERPT) Act 92 of 1943 211.375 Appropriation. Sec.
5.There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the state from moneys not otherwise appropriated not to exceed the sum of $10,000.00 for the purpose of making the aforesaid payments.
