ADDITIONAL TAXES IN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS (EXCERPT) Act 162 of 1933 211.255 Rules and regulations by state treasurer. Sec.
5.The state treasurer shall issue any rules, regulations, and instructions that he or she considers necessary to the proper administration and enforcement of this act.
